Domestic Shipping Policies
Thank you for visiting and shopping at I Dew Care. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policies for various regions of the United States.
Please note: Due to COVID-19 and the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur as we work as quickly and safely a possible.
Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures in the event you need to return your order.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please allow 1-2 additional business days for orders being shipped to PO Box, APO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5. Free Ground shipping will be given on orders of $35 or more, prior to tax, after the discount is applied.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping is available for $25 per order. Free Expedited shipping will be given on orders of $100 or more, prior to tax, after the discount is applied.
Please note, delivery delays may occasionally occur on the carriers part.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
MISSING OR DELAYED PACKAGE
If your package has been marked delivered but you have not received it, please allow 3-5 business days from the date it was marked as delivered. Please also check with neighbors or family to see if anyone has collected your package on your behalf. If by the 3rd business day you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us for assistance. We will then assist you with filing a claim for your order.
Please note, delays in transit times may occur with the shipping carriers and is out of our control.
LOST/DAMAGED
If you have received your product damaged, see our Warranty Disclaimer below. Please be sure to save all packaging and product materials in order to file a claim. You may be required to send a photo of the packaging and product upon filing.
If your product has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at orders@memebox.com to assist you with filing a lost package claim. Please have your order information readily available and included in your email subject line.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
We stand behind all our products and are confident that they will perform as designed. While I Dew Care products are not sold under any guaranteed warranty, if you feel your product has under-performed or exhibits any manufacturing defects we will evaluate any and all claims on products within 6 months of purchase date from IDewCare.com. After 6 months, items exhibiting issues are considered normal wear-and-tear and may not qualify for a replacement.
